Since school, I've been...
I am still teaching at Pope this is my 20th year.
For the past 7 years I have been lead teacher in special education. |
My family:
We now live in Cherokee county. Two of my three daughters live in the Atlanta area. My youngest had twin daughters in July of 06. I have 7 grandchildren whom I enjoy sooo much. |
Life experiences:
Last year I went to the Maldives in the Indian Ocean to visit my husband who was working with survivors of the tsunami there. It is an archipelago south of India and west of Sri Lanka.
It is gorgeous there! |
My favorite things in school:
When I went to school, I loved participating in drama! I also was a big sports fan for my high school sports teams. |
My favorite things now:
I love to read, attend plays (theres that drama thing!), dine out and spend time with my children and grandchildren. |
My favorite books, movies and music:
I love all kinds of movies except science fiction and horror!
I enjoy country music and some different artists like Madeleine Peyroux and Nora Jones. I read everything by Jody Picoult, Elizabeth Berg, Nelson DeMille and Stephen King (except SciFi). |
